There IS Something You Can Do

Finding a way to help children and teens who suffer from mental health disorders can feel like an overwhelming task, but there are many things that people in our community can do right now to make a big difference.
Please consider ways that you can help CATS strengthen the mental health of children and adolescents in Western New York by donating, volunteering to help or contributing an in-kind gift from our wish list.

CATS is deeply grateful to the donors, corporate sponsors, volunteers, and board and committee members that give generously of their time, money and in-kind donations to help young people and families in our community strengthen their mental health.

Recruit a Friend

The best way to gather support for CATS’ mission is to recruit a friend or family member to join you. The joy of sharing a volunteer or giving experience with others goes a long way in lifting up, not only the young people your contribution supports, but also yourself and the community.
